This 370 sq.ft. house is finished with maintenance free, long lasting materials and ready to be taken home to it’s perfect location. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room cum kitchen.
Steel framed with insulated exterior siding and zero maintenance interior PVC panels, Powerhouse walls come with sound and thermal insulation. The roofing has asphalt shingles laid over cement boards, on a mild steel truss. The ceiling below that, is insulated too. Solar panels are fitted over this sturdy roofing system. The heat trapped in the gap between the ceiling and the roof is thrown out using a clever ventilation system.
SPC flooring in the form of wooden planks, cover both rooms, and is laid over a 16 mm cement board. The bathroom is beautifully finished with anti-skid ‘stone’ PVC, and the walls have a gorgeous marble like finish. All finishes are seam sealed and one-of-a-kind in India.
The house generates its own power, stored in batteries, and can be 100% off-grid. It has a socket to charge e-vehicles. All the the electrical works and the plumbing works are done at the factory, and connected to on-site electrical (optional) and disposal systems. The house has a 750 litre overhead water-tank.
